Very bad service. I received mail from the company where I ordered uniform; and stating that It was delivered May 29th but I have not received anything. Also, this June 1, my orders from Macy’s said that it was delivered. Again I have not received anything. I am pretty sure this UPS delivery person was signing off my packages.
Company who uses UPS to do business with; be aware of these such terrible delivery person. Bad for your business. Find another way to get our packages safe and on time
If I could give zero stars, I would... Their automated phone line is so ridiculous that it is actually insulting. It is designed to keep you from being able to speak with an agent... yet the automated voice doesn't understand anything you say. She can only "understand" just a handful of options (all of which are basic things that don't require a live agent, like tracking a package or scheduling a pick-up). However, if you need actual help, then you can forget it. The automated voice literally WILL NOT connect you to an agent. She will literally take you in circles over and over again until you finally get so pissed that you give up. I even tried looking up my local UPS distribution center (because it also has its own service center) but the only contact number listed is this main support line... which won't even connect you to your local UPS center. Eventually, I tried choosing different options she provided me with, in the hopes that one would lead me to an agent... but she won't do it. At one point, she even stuped so low as to trick me.... she said I would need to call 1-800-pick-ups if I needed other help... so, I called that number and it was the same automated system. Is UPS actually TRYING to insult their customers? They are actively denying us customer service, even from our own LOCAL hubs! They could at least utilize a competent automated system if they were going to do that, but they use one that can't (and won't) do anything. I haven't had such a ridiculous customer service experience in my life... even the WORST experiences I have had still let me speak to an agent, even if I had to jump a few hoops to get there... but UPS simply will not put you through with a live agent. That's the last straw... I've had delivery issues with them over the past couple of years that have been upsetting me, so this is it. FedEx or whatever from now on, but no more.

I shipped two gallons of paint back to the supplier. I paid extra to insure the package, the package got damaged and the supplier did not refund my money back. I filed a claim for the damaged package and have not heard from the UPS for almost 3 months. I am not sure if I will get the cost of the damaged package from UPS.
Delivery keeps on getting delayed and doesn't move from transit location multiple days. Call in to find out why but cannot get a live person. Keep on getting routed to more automated messages. Terrible service!
How do you lose a 100 lb. package? Was 1 of 4 packages sent, other 3 came quickly. In their system for over 2 weeks and try as you may, no one will talk to you. Customer service absolutely sucks. Systems says Delayed!
This is the first time & one of the worst times I’ve ever had with UPS. My over $500 package is LOST! Why can’t people simply do their job? Easy as that.

Worst company in history seriously. Never have ups managed to complete a delivery normally. Their employees just seem to drive by the house and go ”nah lets leave and dont deliver it” i dont know where they find their brilliant employees but sheesh.. nothing quite like this have i ever experiences. Take my advice and never use them.
This is one star only because zero stars isn't possible. All three times I have used USPS to ship packages they lost them and didn't give me anything in return. Its near impossible to get a person on the phone to talk to and they don't respond to emails. I'm not even sending big items either. They will take your packages make you pay them for a job they will not do. A braindead monkey is more capable of delivering packages than these $#*!ing clowns.
I have an urgent package that I need before May and I thought I would receive it Monday, since it was out for delivery that day. But then it didn't show and I was a little disappointed.
So, then I expected it to come Tuesday since that's when I was originally told that it would be coming. Next thing I know I'm waiting until Wednesday, which is when UPS says I'll receive it by 7pm. 2 hours after 7 and I'm still $#*!ing waiting. There is a little less than 2 weeks before the end of April and UPS is taking their sweet time and not even trying to help me.
It's in your truck $#*!, just bring me my goddamn package, my god. I know you ain't that busy, my whole city did not order a package the same day as me

Today, I had the BEST support staff member from UPS that you could ever ask for! I “HAD TO” get an item into UPS today or else I would have to pay the merchant that I rented from an additional fee for a week! Approximately 5 weeks ago, I fell and broke my left ankle in 3 places ???????????? it’s been ROUGH, TOUGH and AGONIZING ever since! Now that I’m almost 4 weeks post surgery, has still been VERY TRYING in having to move about, cook, clean, work AND attend online school! But TODAY! was my special day of “not luck!” but a TRUE BLESSING!!
I needed to get this knee walker boxed and packaged for delivery and I was hoping & praying that someone would extend a little extra help and come to my car because my being on crutches I was afraid, I’d fall trying to do all of that...NO WAY could I have done so! Well, Aaron! who was MORE THAN WILLING to help and come to my rescue! ???? He came to my car, removed the parts, assembled the return label and huge box in prep to send it off!!! HE WAS PHENOMENAL!! VERY courteous, VERY kind and VERY supportive!! I couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful gentleman than THAT! He MADE MY DAY! Sorry for the long read, but NOT SORRY! Oftentimes, customers are QUICK to say what’s wrong, but Aaron was the PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE GENTLEMAN!!! It’s too bad we don’t have more people JUST LIKE him! UPS! you’re blessed to have such a fine & caring young man on your staff! TEN stars would not be enough ????

I'm 67 and have lived in a studio apartment in DOWNTOWN Las Vegas and I've been a UPS/My Choice customer for decades. I received three UPS deliveries in 2021. One I found when I opened my door to wait for the UPS truck. My second package was handed to me by a total stranger who said he saw it and tried to "pick it up and knock on my door" but he "accidentally dropped it".
For my current package, I tried to log onto UPS.com but our info didn't match so I clicked "I lost my password" and I was asked the same security question they said I answered wrong, over and over until UPS fraud froze my account and locked me out.
My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 3/12 but it was late (of course) and the driver didn't bother to update the website. I couldn't do anything because I was locked out of "MY ACCOUNT". UPS FRAUD dept locked out the only person that could tell them if it was FRAUD and went home for the weekend.
For 15 years, UPS came around 2 PM weekdays but on this Monday, at 9:15 AM, our UPS driver delivered my (20 pound) auto brake rotors to the rental office. I paid $14 for shipping and by 9:15 Monday morning this UPS driver lied to a tiny office girl and dumped his job on her.
I was not at home when UPS attempted a delivery.The driver left a card this so far fine.The card has very small print and very non user friendly format and information.
I attempted to use the Web site but again a waste of time .
This Company needs to review its customer interface.its language is not supportive almost aggressive.
The courier business area is very competitive ,if UPS don't look closely at itself then it will lose its business share.
The driver attempted to do his or her job but could eventually suffer from poor performance reviews

Because they are a very poorly run company. It doesn't even run its offices domestically well, as you can see by the overwhelmingly negative reviews on this site. Use any shipping service over UPS.

Sadly, today the term racist is used to define almost anyone that we disagree with. I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
